He is survived by: his wife Jean Norris (Kelley); his children, Timothy Norris (Heather) of New Cumberland, Debra Maynard of St. Augustine, FL, Tammy Cassar (Michael) of Poughkeepsie, NY, Donna Hartley (Darrin) of Mechanicsburg and Douglas Norris (Elizabeth) of Harrisburg; and his siblings, Sandra Grass of Limestone, ME, Larry Norris of Rock Hill, SC, Greg Norris of Bensenville, IL and Jeffrey Norris of Mary Esther, FL. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
