It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Gagnon Sr. in Fort Fairfield, Maine, born in Winterville, Maine, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Gagnon and Rita Gagnon (Godin); his wife Margaret Gagnon (Sullivan); and his son Richard P. Gagnon Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Michael and Shelley Gagnon (Brent Holton Jr.) of Fort Fairfield; his grandchildren, Ashley Dionne (George Jr.) of Poland, Michael Bowker (Valerie) of Washburn, Sarah Nash of Presque Isle, Randy Nash (Macy) of Blaine, Corey Nash (Julia) of Dover-Foxcroft, Amanda Holton of Fort Fairfield and Emma Holton (Shane Sherwood) of Fort Fairfield; his daughter-in-law Hope Gagnon; and his sisters, Phyllis Curlis (Jim) of Caribou and Linda Curlin of Louisiana. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
