He is survived by: his nephew Sam Chapman; his children, Charles Burleigh (Faydra) of Petoskey, MI and Katherine Burleigh (Louie Huerta) of Petoskey, MI; his stepchildren, Robert Parks of Limestone, Frederick Parks (Myrna) of Plano, IL, Kent Parks of Portland, Kurt Parks of Fort Fairfield, Regina McArthur (William) of Sarasota, FL, Penny Olson (Carl) of Caribou, Lynne Graves (Robert) of Presque Isle, Donna Parks of Sarasota, FL and Mona Chapman (Chris) of San Deigo, CA; his sister Joanne Murach (Benjamin) of Bel Air, MD.; his grandchildren, Mathew Burleigh and Jacoby Burleigh-Huerta; and his stepgrandchildren, Brhawn, Shane, Vanessa, Ian, Merredith, Kara, Ingrid, Robert, Jordyn, Joshua and Natasha.
