She is survived by: her children, Lee Scott Fields III (Sharon) of Vernon, CT, Stephen N. Fields (Tammy) of Glenburn and Stephanie F. Beaulieu (Dale) of Fort Fairfield; her brother Thomas; her sister-in-law Cynthia Whited of Dedham; her sisters, Carol Ann McElwee (John McElwee) of Caribou and Kathryn Sunday (William) of Franklin, VA; her sister-in-law Sharon Fields Dorsey of Fort Fairfield; her grandchildren, Noah Fields (Ariel) of Tolland, CT, Sarah Beaulieu of Fort Fairfield, Reyanne Deabay (Braddock) of Glenburn and Regan Hoyt of Glenburn; her great grandchild Graham Scott Deabay of Glenburn; and also Hollie Haines Ouellette.
