He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwendolyn Howard and Thomas J. Howard. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Cote; his children, Justine Kurtz (Jeff) of Wesley Chapel, Stacy Fraps (Bill), Stephanie Howard, Jessica Knapp (Michael) and Philip Howard II; his sister Myra Wilkey (Tim); and his aunts, Madeline Howard and Mary Ann Howard. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and many other relatives and friends.
