He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal R. Sr. Foster and Delina A. "Deanie" Foster (Milliard); and his sister Carole Hetrick. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Foster of Caswell; his sons, Eric Rucevice (Airika) of Hampden and Caleb Foster (Elana Viner) of South Portland; his siblings, David Foster (Angie) of Augusta, Elizabeth "Bette" McVicar (William) of Calais, Sally McNamee (Chris Chase) of Stockton Springs and Paula Whitamore (Dominic) of East Hampstead, NH; and his grandsons, Leiken of Hampden and Carter Rucevice of Hampden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
