She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Bernier and Virginia Bernier (Curless); her husband Reginald J. Bell; and her siblings, James, Herman, Simon Bernier, Geraldine Bricknell and Linda Cross.

She is survived by: her son Michael R. Bell of Caswell; her brothers, Mitchell (Gaye Bernier), Stewart (Rowena Bernier), Vincent (Kathy Bernier) and Conrad (Louise Bernier); and her grandchildren, Teasha and Aaron. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
