He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee S. Sr. Fields and Barbara Fields (Nadeau). He is survived by: his wife Priscilla W. Fields (Whited) of Fort Fairfield; his children, Lee Scott Fields III (Sharon Koziol-Fields), Stephen (Tammy Fields) and Stephanie; his son-in-law Dale Beaulieu of Fort Fairfield; his sister Sharon F. Dorsey of Fort Fairfield; his grandchildren, Noah Fields (Ariel) and Sarah Beaulieu of Fort Fairfield; and his friend Hollie Haines Ouellette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
