He is survived by: his wife Angela Bartlett; his sons, Billy Pelkey of Maryland, James Pelkey of Virginia and Jason Pelkey (Tammy) of Limestone; his stepchildren, Joseph McDougal II of Portland, Gregory Adams of Presque Isle, Melissa Bartlett of Easton and Allyson McDougal of Portland; his sisters, Norma Guthrie of Caribou and Mary Lou Conlin (Tom) of Holbrook, MA; his grandchildren, Rebekah Pekley of Limestone, Danielle Pelkey of Vassalboro, Ryan Pelkey of Presque Isle, Chelsey Pelkey of Fairfield, CA, Zachary Pelkey of Washburn, Matthew Pelkey of Limestone, Chance Pelkey of Limestone, Taylor Pelkey of Nebraska, Hansante Pelkey of Maryland, James of South Carolina, Jimia of South Carolina and Jazmyn Pelkey of South Carolina; his stepgrandsons, Tyler Keiser of Presque Isle, Spencer Keiser of Limestone and Bryce St. Pierre of Limestone; and his great grandchild Selena Goodblood of Limestone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
