He was predeceased by: his father William Donald Elmer; his wife Jessica M. Elmer (Pitcher); and his daughter Rose Meredith Elmer. He is survived by: his children, Augustus C. M. Elmer of Fort Fairfield, Gillian Radford (Austin) of Tuscan, AZ and Emma Elmer of Nampa, ID; his mother Margo R. Elmer of Nampa, ID; his sister Anni Merrick of Garden City, ID; and his grandchildren, Jason and Allie Radford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
