She was predeceased by: her father Herman Nightingale; her former husband Burton E. Henderson; her grandson Daniel Pelkey; and her brother Frederick Nightingale. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Nightingale (Smith) of Fort Fairfield; her husband Gerald F. McKenna Sr.; her daughter Laura; her son-in-law Gordon Hewitt of Caribou; her stepchildren, Gerald F. McKenna Jr. (Betty) of Caribou, Raymond McKenna of Gates, NC and Sandra Winslow (Tom) of North Conway, NH; her siblings, Gary Nightingale (Sheila) of Fort Fairfield and Debbie; her brother-in-law Jim Iverson of Fort Fairfield; and her grandchildren, Erika Cochran, Melissa Pelkey, David Pelkey, Andrew Hewitt, Troy Pelkey, Kelley Campbell, Kim Pelkey, Tina Melvin, Stacy Young, Tiffany Lunsford, Ashlee Greene, Danae McKenna and Trent Winslow. She is also survived by twenty-five great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
