He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn and Robert; and his sister Karen. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Shawn (Emmalee) and Hannah (Simon); his grandchildren, Theodore and Eden; and his stepdaughter Liz (Dirk).
