He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall B Tuttle and Gertrude Tuttle (Grant); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Tuttle (DeRaps); his son Roland E Tuttle II; and his sister Gloria Fitch (Tuttle).
He is survived by: his brother David E Tuttle; his stepdaughters, Deborah French, Meloney French and Susan Hixon; and his daughter-in-law Theresa Tuttle. He is also survived by several grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
