Welch (Farmington, Maine), born in Livermore Falls, Maine, who passed away on April 9, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Welch and Jeanette Welch (Berube); his wife Laura Welch; his children, Cheryl Baxter (Ted) of Farmington and John Welch (Anisa) of New Sharon; and his siblings, Rita, Norma and Billy. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
