He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph A. Fogg and Mildred L. Fogg (Marsh); his wife Roberta "Bobbie" A. White; his children, Robert (Carol) of Ticonderoga, NY and Rhonda Barkley (Tom Badgley) of Bennington, NH; his grandsons, Matthew and Stephan Barkley; his brother James of Mt. Airy, MD; and his sister-in-law Desda Fogg. He was also cherished by several cousins, neices, and nephews.
