He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Frazier and Mildred Frazier; and his siblings, Gertrude, Josephine, Ruth and Ronald.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Frazier of Industry; his children, Cindy Moore (Vern) of Industry, Clifford Frazier of New Vineyard, Paul Frazier (Karen) of Candia, NH, Carolyn Boyd (Edward) of Industry and Cathy Corey (Rich) of Industry; and his brother Richard Frazier (Shirley) of Madison. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
