It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxine Hartwell of Farmington, Maine, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Browne and Helen Mary Browne (Kennedy); and her brothers, Douglas and Lauriston. She is survived by: her children, Diana Witt (Edward), Lisa Carter (John), Michael Hartwell and Heidi Ros; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Edward (Megan), Shannon (Matt), Maegan, Taylor, Dustin (Jennifer), Ashley (Brian), Ben and Anna Rose; her great grandchildren, Alaric, Katherine, Owen, Eliott, Ashor and Adelynne; and her brothers, Clyde, Francis, Donald and Gene Browne. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Graveside memorial services will be held on Friday, August 28th at 11:00 am, at Fairview Cemetery in Farmington, with Covid-19 rules followed.
