He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gray and Vertie Gray (Collins); his brother Richard; his mother-in-law Lillian Nile; and his son Kevin Gray.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Gray; and his daughters, Tracy Dunham (James) and Amy Bradford (Paul Meyer). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren; 5 sisters; 1 brother; along with several nieces and nephews.
