He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln C. Grush and Anna Hall Grush; his sister Roberta Richardson (Bobby); and his brother-in-law Robert Richardson (Bob). He is survived by: his sister Roberta "Bobby"; his significant other Gloria "Glo" Carbee; his son Dave; his son-in-law Randy; his children, David Lincoln Grush and Doranne Parlin (Randy); his grandchildren, Steve Parlin (Nikki) of New Hampshire and Laurie Smith (Ian) of New Hampshire; his great grandchildren, Giana, Colin, Nate, Sky, Lincoln and Piper; and also, George and Marnie Carbee.
