He is survived by: his parents, Madeline Mosher (Toothaker) and Calbert Mosher; his wife Emma of Edgewood Manor; his children, Stephen (Peggy) of Farmington, Herbert Jr. (Diane) of Temple, Michael (Suzanne) of Chesterville, DeAnna (Donald) of Northport and Terry (Maureen) of Farmington; and his sisters, Blandine Frost of Norridgewock and Shirley Tracy of Bowdoinham. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
