He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ruth and Norman. He is survived by: his parents, Madeline Mosher (Toothaker) and Calbert Mosher; his wife Emma of Edgewood Manor; his children, Stephen (Peggy) of Farmington, Herbert Jr, Michael (Suzanne) of Chesterville, DeAnna (Donald) of Northport and Terry (Maureen) of Farmington; and his sisters, Blandine Frost of Norridgewock and Shirley Tracy of Bowdoinham. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that those who desire consider memorial gifts in his memory to the Resident Activity Fund at Edgewood Rehabilitation Center, 221 Fairbanks Road, Farmington.
