It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Wetmore (Farmington, Maine), who passed away on February 27, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Wetmore and Ida Wetmore (Watson); his brother Stephen; and his grandson Gordon Dunham. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Alley (Wetmore) of Florida, Sherry Wetmore of Skowhegan Maine and Peggy Aubry (Wetmore); his son-in-law Douglas Blauvelt; his wife Sherry (Marcous); his brother Stayley; his sister-in-law Della; his sons, Michael Hovey (Beth) of Texas and Matt Aubry of Skowhegan Maine; his grandchildren, Zachary Mayo (Julie), Christian Mayo (Jessica Mitchell), Elizabeth Slater (Dan), Nathaniel Blauvelt, Katherine Blauvelt, Allison Blauvelt, Tyleke Blauvelt, Meeka Blauvelt, Daniel Blauvelt, Emma Hovey (James) and Katie Howard (James); and his great grandchildren, Brantley, Thomas, Marlee, Lukas, Storm, Ivy, Raine, Micah and Chloe.
In his memory, donations can be made to the Maine Antique Tractor Club, which focuses on the preservation of information, documents, and artifacts relating to the invention, development, and use of farm tractors and related implements and equipment.
