He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Peter Mills, Jr. and Katherine Coffin Mills; his grandmother Flora Mills; his uncle William Mills; his aunt Virginia Mills; and his brother-in-law Stan Kuklinski.
He is survived by: his siblings, Peter Mills (Nancy), Janet Mills, Paul Mills (Shanelle Lake), Dora Anne Mills, Kate, Alice and Ruth; his nephew Anthony David Mills Fiori; and also, Alison, Coleen, Tammy, Kristen and Lisl.
