He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sister Nan Reed (Del); his siblings-in-law, Judy Barrington (John) and Gregory Soule (Wanda); his children, Karen Read, Christopher "Cap" Starbird (Melissa), Jeremy Starbird (Kristen), Amy Starbird (Chris Duvall), Crandon Starbird (Melissa), Amanda Porter (Kim) and Megan Starbird; and his granddaughter June Allen. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and many treasured nieces and nephews.
