He is survived by: his daughters, Carrianne Crockett of New Sharon and Carinna Crockett of Jackman; his former wife Donna Crockett of New Sharon; his sisters, Susan Deruiter of Waldoboro and Ethel Rackliff (Steve) of Waldoboro; his stepfather Earle Grant of Augusta; his nephew Eugene Tardif (Linda) of Jay; his niece Shelli Tardif of Palmyra; his stepmother Marie Rollins of Benton; his great-nieces, Jamielyn Tardif of Jay, Jazmyn Tardif of Farmington and Kaitlyn Tardif of Stannard, VT; and his great-nephew Brandon Tardif of Stannard, VT..
