He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Vining and Violet Vining; and his spouse Shirley Jane Foote. He is survived by: his children, Randy Vining (Deb), Mike Vining (Juanita) and Rachael Hine (Russell). He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
