He is survived by: his wife Carol Hooker; his sons, Mark (Theresa) of Colorado Springs, CO., Scott (Jo Ann) of Orono and Brent (Kimberly) of Farmingdale; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Chelsea of Orono, Evan and Abigail of Farmingdale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
