He was predeceased by: his parents, Perley Seavey and Estelle Seavey (McKay); his wife Mildred Seavey (Campbell); his daughter Sandra Barbara; and his sisters, Maxine Sepanek and Frances Caston.

He is survived by: his friends, Rosey Cloutier, Tony and Wanda Dearborn; his sons, Donald Seavey (Patty Wright) of Newport, Maine and Richard Seavey of Farmingdale, Maine; and his grandchildren, Sandra Fletcher (Bill) and Christopher Seavey (Kayla) of Fairfield, Maine. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, in-laws, cousins, and extended family.
