She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert "Popkin" Krekorian and Pauline "Paudis" Krekorian; her husband Daniel Lee Thurber; her children, Daniel Krekorian Thurber and Jennifer Lee Thurber Kohl (Timothy); her grandchildren, Nick Kohl, Edward Robert Kohl and Thomas Krekorian Thurber; her siblings, Gary P. "Bedros" Krekorian and Pamela J. "Paudis" Burnell (Daniel); her nephews, Josh and Jason (Emily Burnell); and her great-nephews, Carson and Rory.
