It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Caleb Barter of Falmouth, Maine, born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred B. Caleb (Bennett) and Royal S. Caleb; and her sister Mildred Howell. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel S. Barter and James H. Barter; her sister-in-law Doris Barter; her granddaughter Adrienne Mango (Chris Mango); and her great grandchildren, Adeline, Vivian and Samantha. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
