He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Berrill Sr. and Edith Lowe Berrill; and his sister Janet Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Berrill; his children, Douglas (Julie Berrill) of Rochester, NH, David (Katrina Berrill) of Gorham, ME, Robert (Kimberly Berrill) of Farmington, NH, Frank (Torri Soule) of Falmouth, ME, Mark Soule of Falmouth, ME and Kelley Rich of Falmouth, ME.; his grandchildren, Doug, Emily, Vanessa, Abigail, Samantha, Madison, Gage, Braeden, Zackary and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Lilyanna and Jack.
