He is survived by: his parents, Robert Derhak and Rebecca Childs Derhak; his siblings, Zach and Emma; his grandmother Ellen Childs; and also Sydney. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Donations can be made in kindness to anyone who is struggling with mental illness, and hug someone tightly to carry on Eddie's memory.
