He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Raymond (Lessard). He is survived by: his daughter Lisa R. Bertonazzi of Uxbridge, MA; his grandson Nicholas G. Bertonazzi of Uxbridge; his son Paul D. Raymond of Falmouth, ME; his grandson William E. Raymond of Seattle, WA; his daughter Susan R. Rioux of Scarboro, ME; his son-in-law Stephen Rioux; his grandchildren, Margaux S. Rioux and Thomas S. Rioux of Scarborough, ME.; his stepgrandchildren, Luke Rioux (Cary Phoenix) and Mikaela Rioux of San Francisco, California.; and his siblings, Paul R. Raymond of Burlington, MA and Charlotte Gunther of Norfolk, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
