With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynnda Hackett (Fairfield, Maine), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 24, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur August Mea Sr.; her parents, Arthur Acker and Muriel Hubbard Chmielewski; her son Edward Mea; and her brothers, Arthur Acker, August and Robert Helland.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Mea, Jr. (Rhonda) of Winslow, Michael Mea (Denielle) of Winslow, Regina Smith (Linwood) of Port Charlotte, FL and Nicole Mea of Augusta; her grandchildren, Paul Killam (Adriana), Heather Clark (Michael), Ashley McCutcheon (Danny), Sarah Poulin (Derek), Tyler, Michael Greenlaw and Mikayla Mea; her sister Lexie Klarman (Jeff); and her sister-in-law Mary Martin of Branford, CT. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
