It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurel Vigue of Fairfield, Maine, born in Island Falls, Maine, who passed away on August 3, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Auril L. Hartin and Stella M. Hartin; her former husband Charlie Weeks; her sister Bonnie Dunphy; and her father-in-law Donald Vigue.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Vigue; her mother-in-law Elverine Vigue; her brothers, Sterling Hartin (Lori) and George Hartin (Hayley); her children, Christopher (Julie), Stacy (Lance) and April (Keven); and her grandchildren, Alexis, Zachary and Ashley. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Laurel's name to the Waterville Humane Society, located at 100 Webb Rd, Waterville, ME 04901.
