She is survived by: her children, Sheila Proctor (Donald) and Forrest (Dick); her significant other Tammy Hageman; her stepchildren, George (Katy) and Wyman (Verna); and her grandchildren, Forrest Goodwin (Teddy), Drena Byers (Jeremy), Julie Goodwin, Jeremy Goodwin, Joseph Goodwin (J. D.), Katie Goodwin and Christopher Goodwin. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
