He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Zaltzberg and Hester C. Zaltzberg; and his siblings, Bonnie Young, James Bannen, Alan Zaltzberg, Debra White and Andra Toppi.
He is survived by: his son Donnie Zaltzberg; and his granddaughter Reagan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boston Children's Hospital or the Boston Children's Hospital Research Center, in his name.
