He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine and Parmelie. He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Paul Dow (Brenda), Randy Dow (Michele) and Heidi Dow (Jason); and his siblings, Phyllis, Diane, Sonny, Marilyn, Clifford and Mike. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
