He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde and Geneva Smith, Sr. (Sawyer); his siblings, Alan, Sally Page and Nancy Noyes; his son Kenneth; and his great grandchild Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith (McEwen); and his sons, Wayne, Keith and Jeffery (Amy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
