He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Palmer and Vera Palmer (Simpson); his siblings, John and Edith; and his niece Jayne.
He is survived by: his wife Loraine Palmer (Eaton); his sister Evelyn of Pittsfield; his sons, Reggie (Nancy) of Levant, ME and Rick (Susan) of Brewer, ME.; his grandchild Marci Mccafferty (Devon) of Holden, ME; his great grandchildren, Kameron, Kyleigh and Kendahl; his grandson Ross Palmer (Jessie) of Exeter, ME; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Gavin and Caylee; his grandchildren, Luke Palmer (Hilary) of Canaan, NY and Ashley Palmer of Exeter, ME.; his pet Mittens; and his friends, Vern Crane, Dale Hopkins, Steve Turner and Charlie Perkins.
