He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Stephanie (Michael Chaves); his daughter-in-law Vickie Bulko; his stepchildren, Jen (Paul Davis), Kevin (Theresa Grant) and Melissa (Jeremy Woolard); his grandchildren, Jessica, Stacie, David, Michael, Chris, Emily, Amber, Grace, Andrew, Rachel and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Jesse, Traci and Eli; and his great great grandchild Dominic.
