He was predeceased by: his wife Carole A. Vaughan. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheri Cumiford (Cary) of Elk City and Kimberly Vaughan (Thomas Pituch II) of Panama City, FL.; and his brother Danny Vaughan (Cindy) of Ada, OK.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
