He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Carter (Griffin); his significant other Gail Bubel; his son Joshua Carter of Ellsworth; his siblings, Danny, Malcolm, Milton, Jr., Ila, Cindy, Kandy and Molly Bee; and his close friend Robert Quinn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
