She was predeceased by: her parents, Beverly and Maurice; her stepfather Maurice Swazey; and her brother Charles Collins. She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea L. Ames (Douglas Harber) of Lamoine and Wendy L. Ames (James Neilson) of Ellsworth; and her brother Maurice Scribner (Marlene) of Clinton. She is also survived by many relatives and friends, and sewing at retreats and with her daughters.
