He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A., Sr. and Lillian Bamford (Burns); his wife Ann W. Bamford (Dibblee); and his grandson Matthew. He is survived by: his sons, William "Bill" (Lois) of Cape Elizabeth, ME and James "Jim" (Jan); his grandchildren, Stephen (Sandra), Sarah, Joel (Emily), Beth (Tim), Leah, Joy and Jared; and his sister Erna Breton of Falmouth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
