He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph I. Owen and Frances A. Owen (Bailey); and his wife Cindy. He is survived by: his daughter Carol (Gary Fortier); his granddaughter Jennifer (Elias Ayrey); his great grandchild Mia of Bellingham, Washington; and his sister Beverly Hegedish of Twinsburg. He is also survived by neighbors and friends.
