He was predeceased by: his wife Anita; his daughter Cynthia DeMeyer Smith; and his sister Katherine Boutot. He is survived by: his parents, Elwood M. and Marion B. DeMeyer (Bartlett); his daughter Nancy; his son-in-law Michael; his grandchildren, Jennifer Merchant (Shawn), Benjamin Madore (Jessie) and Jeremy Madore (Alexandra); his great grandchildren, Cynthia Madore, Michael Madore and Jeremy Merchant; his niece Theo Hinckley (Hank); his children, John Boutot (Holly) and Michael Boutot; his cousins, Dwight Haslam and Donald Haslam; and also, Tina and Melody.
