Debbie Starbuck Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2021, at the age of 63, Debbie Starbuck of Ellsworth, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Norman Carter; and her son Benny Jr. Benny. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Carter (Robinson); her husband Benedict Starbuck (Ben); her siblings, Ken Carter (Brenda) of Ellsworth, Claudia Carter of Rockland, Karen Stearns (Phillip) of Westbrook, Luann Voisine (Larry) of Ellsworth and Lori Whitney (Brent) of Surry; and her sister-in-law Paula Mattingly (Dick) of Maryland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
