He is survived by: his wife Debra Powers (Willard); his daughter Rebecca Powers; his siblings, Wayne Powers and Cheryl Gagnon (Powers); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Ann Horne (Willard) and Stephen Horne. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
