She is survived by: her husband Michael Ford; her children, Ashlyn Ford-Callan (Stephanie Ford-Callan), Ian Ford, Shauna Ford and Anthony Ford; her siblings, Anthony Godfrey (Janice Godfrey), Daniel Godfrey and Macey Simon; her nephew Josh Godfrey; and her nieces, Lauren Hayes and Kiley Young.

Donations to Shriners Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Make-a-Wish in her memory would be greatly appreciated as these were charities she supported.
